Free Shipping on Orders over $100: 

• Free shipping applies to orders with destination in the lower 48 states. This does not include Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
• Some items may not qualify for free shipping because of size or other shipping limitation. In this case shipping charges may apply.
• Orders with free shipping will best way at our discretion, usually by UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied if items are canceled and the total order value of products falls below the promotional dollar amount.
• We reserve the right to charge or discontinue the shipping promotion at any time.

Rush Orders – Orders with priority shipping (example: UPS Next Day Air UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day Select) must in placed by 3:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday for same-day shipping.  Only products currently in stock are available for same-day shipping. Please include your contact number on your order. Please note USPS is not considered a priority and is subject to standard processing time.

MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® - Pay for your purchase when you order using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover charge cards. You can purchase with your card online or by phone. 

PayPal - Use your PayPal account to send money or purchase on our website.

Shipping Terms - We ship FOB Point of Shipment. If you have any issues with lost or damaged shipments, please contact us immediately. 

Shipping Methods - Select your choice of carrier online; we offer daily shipments by UPS and US Postal. Priority shipping services (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3-Day Select) are available for in-stock items. Please contact us to verify the availability of products and that the delivery service is available in your area. We make every effort to ship in-stock items the same or next business day. Transit days begin the day after your package is picked up and do not include weekends or holidays. Allow up to 5 business days for all USPS Priority Mail services.

Damaged Shipments Carefully inspect your package and alert the driver of any damage before signing for the delivery. Please email us immediately with the details and images of any damage. Please be sure to save the box and packing material. We will work quickly to resolve the problem. 

Incorrect Shipments - If there has been an error in your shipment, please contact us at uglystermplate@gmail.com and we will pay for shipping charges on returned items due to our error. 

Sales Tax UndergroundLineman.Com is located in Utah. We collect applicable state and county sales taxes as required by multiple states. Taxes calculated on our website may be adjusted on your invoice to account for differences in local tax rates. 

Errors In Printing - We apologize for any errors in printing. Any errors in printing are subject to correction. Changes by the manufacturer are beyond our control. Prices are subject to change at any time. Thank you for understanding.
